About the Role

As a Senior Business System Analyst, with a techno-functional purpose, having hands-on implementation/upgrade engagement experience and support background in one or more Oracle cloud ERP modules like Fusion SCM and Manufacturing. This role will Interface with Procurement, Legal, Corporate Shared Services, Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Service, Sales and Product Management, and other internal support organizations to address questions about the use of Oracle Fusion Cloud. You will have in-depth knowledge of Planning, Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Strategic Sourcing functions. As a subject matter expert on Oracle Fusion modules supporting Demand to Deliver and Procure to Pay workflows, on an ongoing basis, advise business stakeholders on the effective use of Oracle Fusion Cloud features and functionality.Additionally, this role may Serve as an initial point of contact for stakeholders needing support for straightforward administrative functions (e.g., updating approval routings, adding/changing supplier representative's contact information, updating suppliers' Oracle Fusion Cloud Business Classification data); providing excellent, timely client service in the resolution of requests, either directly or in consultation with Financial Technology team, to ensure efficient day-to-day operational procurement; facilitate the development of business rules and coordinate validation of inventory planning policies and operating constraints. Lastly, this role will educate others about process strategy and approach for how processes will be developed and maintained and provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance.

Your Key Responsibilities



  • Gather requirements, communicate effectively to various levels in the business, and have a technical understanding to help deliver solutions that meet the needs of the business.
  • Research and analyze associated technology that supports a variety of processes.
  • Provide data management leadership for business organizations, including forecasts, budgets, price/volume analyses, contract maintenance, etc.
  • Create and maintain business process flow diagrams and application configuration documentation.
  • Provide reports and presentations in support of business reviews, project management, customer events, etc.
  • Maintain and administer system data and reporting tools.
  • Participate and Lead impacting projects to include preparing and communicating status reports that track scope, issues, budget, and timeline. You will also be responsible for the quality of the solution by ensuring the proper testing, standards met, and support of the software development life cycle.
  • Participate in functional testing and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed.
  • Onsite-Offshore communication and work management.
  • Leading Super User training and supporting other training-related activities.
  • Coordination with other tracks for delivery of end-to-end business processes.
  • Prioritize in a fast-moving, high-pressure, constantly changing environment and possess a high sense of urgency.
  • Other analytical, operational, and administrative responsibilities as assigned by the manager.


Required Qualifications



  • 7+ years of business analysis experience working on complex problems and producing concrete, actionable solutions.



Desired Qualifications



  • Business systems analyst experience in cloud applications
  • Proficiency in application design techniques, configuration, and documentation of cloud-based applications.
  • Ability to review a technical design document to ensure developers are aligned with functional requirements.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as in a virtual team environment
  • Detail-oriented, quick learners who can demonstrate thoroughness and strong ownership of work.
  • Experienced in Business intelligence, data visualization and analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and business process improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • JIRA Kanban Board experience for the planning and tracking of work within a scrum or Kanban Agile methodology is a must
  • Knowledge of data analytical tools such as Power BI or other BI tools
  • Good knowledge of Agile practices; Agile/DevOps environment working experience.
