Your Mission:
Madison Logic is eagerly seeking a Enterprise Sales Director who will share the same passion, drive and enthusiasm for data-driven, digital media solutions and wants to thrive in our energetic environment. This role will be the key consultant with some of the fastest growing brands in the global marketplace. Our team is the core of everything we do, and the selection process starts with you!
What You'll Do:
Expected Compensation: (Dependent upon Experience)
Note: Base Salary is based upon years of
direct-sales experience. The posted range encompasses several experience levels from individuals with 5 years to 20+ years experience. Please inquire with your experience details for more information.
Additional Commission-Based Target Compensation: $80,000/yr - $100,800/yr
Work Environment:
We offer a mix of in-office and hybrid working. Hybrid remote work arrangements are not available for all positions. Please refer to the job posting detail to determine what in-office requirements apply. Where applicable
, hybrid WFH days work must be conducted from your home office located in a jurisdiction in which Madison Logic has the legal right to operate. WFH requires availability and responsiveness on a full-time basis from a distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet. Please inquire for more details.

Salary Range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process taking into account the experience, education, certifications and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated team members, as well as employer-verified region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner.
