Description
As a part of a diverse community of faculty and staff who represent many faith systems and worldviews, Marian University seeks a Assistant Professor of Leadership of Klipsch Educators College to promote our Catholic Franciscan mission and identity by teaching graduate courses in doctoral (Ed.D.), Master's, and licensure-only programs. In addition to teaching, this position will play an integral role in advising graduate students through individual dissertation/capstone research projects and creating a positive student experience. Successful applicants will foster student learning and growth, be a reflective practitioner, and trained in the Adaptive Leadership framework. This is a tenure-track eligible position with a non-tenure track option. The Leadership Academy in the Fred S. Klipsch Educators College seeks qualified applicants for a full-time Assistant Professor of Leadership starting in June 2024.
