Account base will be Commercial Refrigeration (Food Retail & Food Service) with a heavy focus on growing division sales related to Natural Refrigerants. Accountable for executing assigned sales goals and sales plans within designated customers. Responsible maintaining effective agreements. Actively support the corporation's Win Strategy. Scope/ Supervision and Interaction: Does Not Have Direct Reports Essential Functions: Develops and maintains strong client relationships with Refrigeration OEM and End User customers. Ensures Parker products are specified to maintain and increase revenue by prioritizing the opportunities on an account-by-account basis to obtain optimum sales and margin results. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (technical discipline preferred) - 5 to10 Years of Sales Experience in the Refrigeration Industry - Strong Understanding Refrigeration Systems and Controls - Strong understanding of CO2 Refrigeration Systems - Good business aptitude. - Highly organized and self-motivated. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
