Procurement Technician.

Cape Fox Facilities Services is seeking a Procurement Technician to join our team in Hamilton, MT in support of the NIH.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare personnel packages and documents for federal employees (Title 5 and Title 42), fellows with research.
• training awards, contract hires and special volunteers.
• Prepare domestic, foreign, and sponsored travel packages.
• Work and meet with staff to keep up to date on policies and procedures regarding personnel issues and travel.
• Organize internal meetings and conferences; organize calendars for program staff.
• Assist with timekeeping duties for the Program.
