Aspire Bakeries is looking for a Senior Developer, SAP Datato lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise data solutions. Key Responsibilities



  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement scalable data solutions that support enterprise needs.
  • Design, develop and maintain backend Data Models in SAP-ecosystem (BW, HANA, BOBJ).
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated, user-friendly BI systems, reports, and dashboards that enable effective decision-making.
  • Optimize on-premise and cloud-based data solutions, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
  • Develop and support ETL/ELT pipelines, ensuring seamless data extraction, transformation, and integration.
  • Define, develop, and maintain critical business and operational reports, ensuring timely access to accurate data.
  • Analyze historical data to extract insights, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support and training to enhance business users' ability to leverage BI tools effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data issues, ETL/ELT chains, and reporting solutions, ensuring data integrity and systems reliability.



Basic Qualifications



  • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Business Intelligence roles.
  • Strong experience in SAP BW & HANA modeling, ABAP/4, and AMDP code design and development including ABAP Programs, Custom Objects, and HANA Views.
  • Hands-on experience in data sourcing, ingestion, transformations (ELT/ETL), and data modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of data management processes with experience in building scalable data pipelines and optimizing large datasets.
  • Proficiency and Hands-on experience with BI analytical tools such as SAP Business Objects (Analysis for Office AO Reports, WebI, Design Studio) and (PowerBI or similar).
  • Experience working with modern cloud-based data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or SAP Datasphere.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Bachelor of Science or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar fields of study.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to bridge desired insights with information context and identify the data needed.
  • Hands-on experience with data engineering or analytics-related tasks including working with Python or R.
  • Knowledge of corporate performance management, advanced data modeling and predictive analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience in manufacturing or supply chain analytics is a plus.



Salary Range: $135,000 - $142,000

The final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, shift, education, skill, and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed In this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. We provide a competitive compensation package that recognizes your experience, credentials, and education alongside a robust benefits program to meet your needs. For union-represented postings, wage rates and ranges are governed by applicable collective bargaining agreements.
