JOB TITLE: Licensed Clinical Social Worker JOB PURPOSE: Provide direct clinical social work services to patients of the Albany Community Health Clinic. Provide direct clinical psychotherapy modalities to patients with mental illness and substance use disorders. Act as an advocate and help clients gain access to resources while confronting their issues such as mental illness, addiction, and abuse. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
