Responsibilities This role is full time October-June and then you can enjoy the summer off! Opportunites at multiple metro locations Responsible to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the psychosocial services for patients of PrairieCare. The employee provides a comprehensive range of services to patients and their families, including assessment, treatment planning, care coordination/case management, and seeks to enhance the functioning of patients.
