Analyzes project plans and specifications to determine the overall estimated cost of a project and is involved with projects throughout the pre construction and construction phase. Various duties as assigned by the Estimating Manager. Education Bachelors Degree Position Requirements Minimum 2 years of utility grade electrical construction experience preferred Experience managing, directing, and following up with appropriate company personnel, subcontractors, and general contractors preferred Hands on experience with HCSS (HeavyBid) estimating software Hands on experience with quantity take off and construction background.
