What you would do here:

Our Correctional Account Coordinator is focused on maintaining our operational efficiency and customer experience within our government programs, specifically our Seven Corners Health Care Solutions. With a forward-thinking customer focus our Coordinator will schedule medical appointments, coordinate health records and claims for inmates within institutional facilities.
What you already know and have done:
  • Demonstrated accountability for maintaining extensive knowledge of operational service level agreements and contract requirements to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Facilitated daily coordination of scheduling for patients and outside providers for a seamless coordination of care.
  • Worked closely with authorization codes to ensure accurate numbers are input into member notes.
  • Maintained all case documents to ensure a comprehensive and detailed source of information for all parties involved in the case.
  • Provided quality customer service to members, which could include sharing claim status with members and outside providers to ensure transparency and quality experience.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with key staff and providers.
  • Demonstrated experience with multi-tasking and ability to thrive and be proactive in a fast-paced environment.
ideally you have:
  • An associate degree in any field.
  • An unceasing curiosity, forward thinking customer focus.
  • High level of understanding of medical scheduling and claims processing.
  • Seeks to build, foster, and maintain productive relationships to meet and achieve contracted goals.
  • Highly organized with ability to prioritize time and tasks to meet contractual agreements.
  • The ability to quickly pivot and adopt new ways of doing business with a customer-first focus.
