Fortinet is looking for a facility professional with excellent people skills and technical facility maintenance experience. The primary responsibility will be to work day-to-day facility operations working proactively with the business to identify, build, and manage the operation of Fortinet facilities by providing a pleasant, healthy, efficient, and safe working environment.

Responsibilities:



  • Organize the day-to-day facility operations.
  • Hard Facility Services (Lighting, Plumbing, HVAC, Statutory Compliance PPM maint., Fire safety systems, etc.).
  • Soft Facility Services (Cleaning, Reception, Security, Waste Management, Catering, Parking, etc.).
  • Participate Environmental and Health and Safety Management (ISO 14001 and 45001).
  • Coordinate and procure facility assets such as furniture, equipment, office supplies, etc.
  • Drive operational efficiency within the organization and with our partners.
  • Collaborate with staff in locations where the team or outsourced vendor does not have a physical presence to address any issues or provide assistance.
  • Partner with IT, HR, Finance, Procurement and other internal business partners in the effective delivery of services and support of our workforce.
  • Oversee Projects (MACs - Moves, Adds, Changes) for - space planning, renovations, relocations, disposals, and occupancy needs, including site selection and internal/external negotiation - within the region of responsibility.
  • Accountable for reviewing, approving, coding, and/or disputing all invoices and billings associated within area of responsibility working with Procurement, Finance and Accounting processes.
  • Plan and support for site events following Fortinet guidelines and standards.
  • Recommend improvements based on lessons learned.
  • Keep up with market trends in real estate, facility and workspace design and provide input to improve internal real estate standards, processes and practices.
  • Support crisis management/business continuity plans, assume local leadership role during emergencies or crises and provide after-hours support as needed.
  • Take the lead as requested for special projects.

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Earnings for this position are expected to be $75,000 - $80,000 Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

All roles are eligible to participate in the Fortinet equity program, Bonus eligibility is reviewed at time of hire and annually at the Company's discretion
