Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED required; Technical education preferred. Experience: General experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC experience in repairs and maintenance. Strong painting skills preferred. Licensure/Certification: CPI/CPR Certification training provided upon hire. Other: Oral communication skills; legible handwriting; ability to concentrate on tasks in high traffic areas; ability to maintain information as highly confidential; able to meet deadlines and set priorities; skills in dealing courteously with the public and with patients and staff within the organization; ability to work with minimal supervision; flexibility.
