Job Summary

The Senior Learning Systems Integration Analyst is a key technical and analytical role responsible for collaborating across teams, including the Learning Systems Integration (LSI) team, Learning Design Technologies team, and peer groups within Talent, Learning, and Organizational Development. This individual works closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and Prisma Health leaders to understand organizational needs, resolve system challenges, and identify practical solutions.

The role involves utilizing advanced tools and techniques to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights. The analyst delivers results through visualization products such as dashboards, charts, and graphs, leveraging platforms like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and other dashboard-authoring tools to create accurate and user-friendly visualizations. By partnering with content developers, educators, and analysts, they ensure clear, actionable reporting and streamlined deployment of visualization tools.

The senior analyst demonstrates expertise in system integrations and a deep understanding of these processes to enable seamless functionality across enterprise systems. They employ strategic, critical thinking to determine root causes, interpret data needs, and deliver outcomes tailored to the requestor and end user. Project management and communication proficiency enhances their ability to articulate findings effectively through written reports, verbal presentations, or collaborative meetings.

Strong relationship management is essential in this role, as the analyst consistently engages with internal and external stakeholders and communities. They are integral to aligning enterprise systems with organizational goals while fostering cross-functional collaboration and innovation in learning technology solutions.

Essential Functions

  • System Analysis and Resolution: Collaborate with LSI team members, Learning Design Technologies, SMEs, and Prisma Health leaders to understand organizational challenges and provide effective technical solutions tailored to system needs.
  • Advanced Data Analysis and Visualization: Utilize tools like Power BI and Tableau to analyze complex data, identify patterns and trends, and deliver accurate dashboards, charts, and other visualization products that drive decision-making.
  • Collaboration with Learning Teams: Partner with content developers, educators, and analysts to ensure clarity and alignment in the creation, reporting, and deployment of visualization tools and learning solutions.
  • Enterprise System Integration Management: Serve as a technical expert in managing and optimizing integrations between systems such as Cornerstone OnDemand, UKG, Workday, and others to ensure seamless functionality and data accuracy.
  • Strategic Analysis and Communication: Use critical thinking to identify root causes of system issues, translate technical findings into actionable insights, and effectively communicate outcomes through written reports, meetings, or verbal presentations.
  • Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional projects involving learning system implementations, upgrades, and data-driven reporting initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Maintain consistent engagement with internal teams and external partners, fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful alignment of technical systems with enterprise learning strategies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

  • This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education - Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience - 5 years of experience managing and integrating enterprise systems (e.g., Cornerstone OnDemand, UKG, Workday, Epic).

  • Familiarity with learning and development strategies and practices preferred
  • Experience with API integrations and custom workflows preferred

  • Certification in relevant systems (e.g., Workday, Cornerstone) is a plus
  • Knowledge of office equipment (fax/copier)
  • Proficient computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, database)
