GENERAL SUMMARY: Oversee the daily operations of the simulation lab. Required to work with cadaveric tissue. Schedule and coordinate simulation activities and training. Serve as simulation operator by creating, testing, and running scenarios with faculty instructors, and assuring that equipment is set up and operational for teaching sessions. Provide technical support for simulation operations and related multimedia peripherals. Assess utilization of the education and training programs and recommend improvements. Schedule: Full-time days: 8a - 4:30p: must be flexible due to needs of the department. 1 weekend a month Location: Southfield, MI Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
