System Supply Chain Recall Management Coordinator

• Mitigates risk through proactive assessment and intervention
• Investigates significant events, claims and lawsuits presented against Medical Center staff, Graduate Medical Education trainees, and Medical Center operations for liability, causation and damages.
• Serves as primary Medical Center contact for potential and active medical malpractice cases.
• Responds to external requests.
• Documents and maintains records of potential, current and past medical malpractice activity.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's degree with 2 years supply chain or risk management experience required.

Experience: In lieu of Bachelor's degree, 5 plus years operational supply chain experience required. Previous recall management coordinator experience and ability to understand and document clinical events preferred.

Licensure: None required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
