In 1957, Aleron (previously known as Superior Group) began as a design and drafting firm in Buffalo, NY. As demand for the product grew, more talent was required, and a recruiting business was born.
As years passed, additional companies launched under the Superior Group brand umbrella, each positioned to accommodate varying workforce productivity challenges. In 2017, Superior Group transferred its brand equity to Superior Talent Resources, which today provides contingent and direct recruiting services, as well as executive search and payrolling. Other Aleron companies include Broadleaf Results, Superior IT Innovations, Superior Design Co., Superior Talent India, and many other international brands.
