Job Summary

Responsible for assisting patrons, guests, and tenants with personal services. Greet visitors, arrange transportation, confirm reservations, and provide excellent customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Anticipate the needs of guests and satisfy them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Act as the first point of contact for patrons and strive to make them feel welcomed and valued.
  • Maintain knowledge about the establishment and the surrounding area to provide guests with accurate information about local attractions, restaurants, and events.
  • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Direct phone calls and arrange excursions, transportation, and reservations upon request.
